Data Privacy & Account Deletion
Answer: If you have an active order, please inform us before requesting data deletion. We will ensure the order process is not disrupted. However, some essential information may need to be temporarily retained until the order is completed.
Answer: Yes, but only if your request has not been processed yet. Once the deletion process has started, it cannot be reversed. If you want to cancel, please contact us immediately at hello@meghambara.shop.
Answer: Yes. You can create a new account anytime by signing up again. However, your previous data (such as order history or account details) cannot be restored unless it exists in a legal backup— and in most cases, we do not restore deleted data.

Answer: We are committed to using only high-quality, 100% pure cotton for all our garments. We believe that natural fabrics offer the best in comfort and breathability, making our clothing perfect for every occasion. Pure cotton is not only gentle on the skin but also serves as the ideal canvas for our traditional handcrafted techniques like block printing and hand embroidery. This ensures that every Meghambara piece is as comfortable as it is beautiful.
Payments
We currently only offer 'Cash on Delivery' (COD). This allows you to pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep.
We are actively working to add more payment methods soon, including popular Bangladeshi options such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card payments. Thank you for your patience!
Sizing & Customization
