Shipping policy
Our goal is to deliver your ordered products to you quickly and safely. To make your shopping experience easier and more transparent, our shipping policy is detailed below.
1. Order Processing and Handling
Processing Time: After your order is confirmed, we process and package your product for delivery within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once your order is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We deliver products across Bangladesh through reliable courier partners.
Standard Delivery (All Over Bangladesh):
• Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days.
• However, in some nearby service zones, delivery may arrive earlier depending on courier availability.
Please Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues. As per the Digital Commerce Operational Guideline 2021, products will be delivered within:
• Maximum 5 days within the same city
• Maximum 10 days for deliveries to different cities
3. Shipping Costs
Standard Delivery Charge (Across Bangladesh): BDT 150
Cash on Delivery (COD) Charge:
For COD orders, a 1% COD service fee will be applicable on the product value, as charged by our courier partner.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number and a link to track your package via email and SMS. You can use this link to know the current status of your order.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives in a damaged condition or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Recommendation: For any claims of defects or damages, we strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing the package for a quicker resolution. This helps protect both you and us.
