3. Product Description, Price & Stock

Product Description: We strive to provide accurate information for every product (e.g., materials, size, color, design). However, please note:

The Uniqueness of Handcrafted Products: Every Meghambara garment is handcrafted (block printing, hand embroidery). Therefore, slight variations may exist between two pieces of the same design. This is a hallmark of the beauty of handcraft, not a flaw.

Color Variation: The product color may vary slightly due to your device's screen resolution and lighting conditions.

Price: All product prices are listed on the website. Delivery charges or any other applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Stock: We only display products for sale that are within our control. If a product is not in stock, it will be clearly marked as "Out of stock."

 

4. Payment

For your convenience, we currently only offer the 'Cash on Delivery' (COD) payment option.

Easy and Secure: With this method, you don't need to make any advance payment. You can pay in cash directly to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.

For a Smooth Delivery: To ensure a quick and smooth delivery process, please keep the exact amount for your order ready.

Hassle-Free: This method does not require you to share any credit/debit card or online banking information, making your transaction completely safe and worry-free.


5. Order, Shipping & Delivery

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after successfully placing an order.

Processing Time: Upon payment confirmation, we will hand over the product to the delivery company within 48 hours and notify you via email or SMS.

Delivery Time: Within Bangladesh: After handover to the courier, delivery will take a maximum of 5 days within the same city and a maximum of 7 days to different cities/Villages.

Delivery Charges: Generally, a single delivery charge will apply for orders with multiple products. However, if items need to be shipped in separate packages for any reason, you will be informed of any additional charges in advance at the time of order confirmation.

 

6. Intellectual Property

The name MEGHAMBARA, our logo, designs, photographs, and all content on this website are our intellectual property. Any unauthorized use of any part of this property is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

We value customer feedback. You are welcome to leave product reviews and comments on our website.

  • However, you may not post any content that is abusive, illegal, or malicious.
  • As per regulations, customer reviews posted on the website will not be deleted unless they violate our policies.
